
EXPERT REACTION: Melbourne returns to stage 3 restrictions

Victorian Premier Dan Andrews has this afternoon announced metropolitan Melbourne will return to stage 3 restrictions for the next 6 weeks amid growing cases of COVID-19. The restrictions, which will be in place across all metropolitan local government areas plus the Mitchell Shire, will begin from midnight tomorrow night and will see people unable to leave their homes except for work, education, care and food. It will also see food venues return to take away only. Australian experts respond.
