Biography

Elizabeth Jackson is a Associate Professor of Supply Chain Management and Logistics at Curtin University with special interests in agri-food supply chain systems with experience across industry and academia. Educated in Western Australia, she worked at Newcastle University and The Royal Veterinary College (UK), where she led research in Taiwan, Libya, Ghana, Nigeria and across Europe. Elizabeth is a member of the National Food Council and is non-executive director of Sheep Producers Australia, Agribusiness Australia, the Sheep Sustainability Framework and WAFarmers; she also has roles with the Pork Sustainability Framework, WAFarmers' Livestock Council, Agribusiness Australia's WA state council and Freight and Logistics Council of WA's Freight Reference Group. Elizabeth is a visiting scholar at The Royal Veterinary College.
