Biography
I undertook 40+ years of research on seabirds in Australia and the Southern Ocean, including Antarctica and Subantarctic islands.I also have conducted research on shorebirds and seabirds in Tasmania for more than 40 years. I have an extensive publication record. Recent research efforts are directed to investigating the impacts of sea-level rise on coastal birds, and managing anthropogenic threats to coastal birds.
