Updated guide to the NZ Emissions Trading Scheme

Motu has revised its guide to the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme (NZ ETS), which aims to offer a snapshot of how the system operates as of February 2022. This guide explains how the NZ ETS works, describes the core design features of the system, and examines how and why they have evolved over time. It also includes a series of figures illustrating trends in key data over time. The last guide was published in 2018.
