Too much screen time causing problems for Kiwi kids

Kids spending long stretches of time in front of screens can end up with dry eyes, back pain, poor sleep, and anxiety, a New Zealand-led review of the research finds. New Zealand students have among the world’s highest digital device use, and the highest in-class internet use in the world. The experts recommend encouraging kids to take regular breaks, maintain good posture, and limit screen time, especially before bed.
