Relaxation therapy might help mums produce more milk

British and Malaysian researchers reviewing 16 previous studies say that relaxation interventions were associated with an increase in milk production in mums, and subsequent additional weight to their bubs. The researchers say listening to music, meditating, practising mindfulness, and following a guided relaxation program were all associated with the additional milk and baby size, and as an added bonus, a reduction in stress and anxiety in the mums.
