US researchers say that modern-day Jordan Belforts - the infamously druggy stock trader portrayed in 'The Wolf of Wall Street' - are puppies in comparison, and a far cry from the cocaine and quaalude gobblers of the past. The team surveyed 17 financial traders over 42 days, who reported using caffeinated drinks to give them a buzz during the day, and then counteracting its effects by 'self-medicating' with alcohol at night to help them sleep.
