Pfizer jabs aren't a heart attack risk for the over 75s

Vaccination with the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine does not increase the short term risk of heart attack, stroke, or other severe cardiovascular events for the over 75s, according to French research. The study found that in the two weeks following vaccination there was no significant increase in any severe cardiovascular events adding further evidence to previous Israeli and US studies that showed similar results.
