Only eating between 7am and 3pm could help you lose weight

Restricting your eating  to the earlier part of the day, between 7am and 3pm, could help you lose weight and lower your blood pressure, according to a US trial. The small trial of 90 obese adults found that people who only ate during this restricted time window lost around 2.3kg more weight, and also lowered their blood pressures over a 14 week period compared to those who ate over 12 or more hours. However, when it came to fat loss the picture was less clear, and the authors say larger trials are needed to confirm if it is better for losing fat specifically.
