*Briefing recording and full report now available* CSIRO’s latest horizon-scanning report, the Australia National Outlook 2019 (ANO), suggests we may fall into a slow decline if we take no action on the most significant economic, social and environmental challenges facing us. But, if these challenges are tackled head on, Australia can look forward to higher GDP per capita, ‘net zero’ greenhouse gas emissions by 2050, strong economic growth, energy affordability, and more liveable major cities. Join us for this online briefing, when Research Lead James Deverell, Director of CSIRO Futures, will discuss the report and the challenges ahead for Australia.
