A new survey reveals some Kiwis got sweating more during and after the Level 4 lockdown in April than they had been before. The results suggest that, overall, levels of physical activity decreased as a result of the lockdown. But for some people who were only moderately active before lockdown, their lifestyles became more active in this period - a change they maintained into Alert Level 2. The authors say these findings should encourage Kiwis to keep up - or kickstart - their active routines.
