It's still difficult to test drivers to find out if they're stoned

Effective roadside weed breathalyzers are still a thing of the future, according to a review of the science on cannabis testing. The Kiwi researchers say there are a number of tests that can identify if someone has used cannabis in the past, but no widely accepted method for determining if someone is currently stoned.
