Is one dose of vaccine enough if you've already had COVID-19?

Publicly released:
International

In people who've already had COVID-19, one dose of Pfizer vaccine produces higher antibody levels than two vaccine doses do in those who have never been infected, according to a small US study. Importantly, the study also found that in previously infected people with a good immune response after the first dose, the second dose did not significantly change the immune response, suggesting that 1 dose may be enough for this group.
