Hospital instructions are easier to understand than Nurse ChatGPT and Dr Google

A study looked at how easy it was to understand and use medical instructions from ChatGPT, Google search, and the hospitals themselves. They found that hospital instructions were easier to understand and put into action than either of the web sources. They say ChatGPT gave quick and helpful instructions and could be customised to different literacy levels, but didn't have access to the most up-to-date medical information.
