HIIT in schools could improve health

Hight-intensity interval training (HIIT) in schools could be effective for improving the health of students, according to a review of 42 studies on the subject. The analysis by Aussie and international researchers found HIIT could be effective in improving various health outcomes including body size and composition and heart disease risk, but say more high-quality studies are needed to confirm this.
