Global Jukebox

The Global Jukebox, an online repository of musical knowledge from all corners of the world, is going open access. For the first time, the interactive online tool will allow members of the public the ability to download its content for their own research, including thousands of songs and dances. Australian and international researchers involved with the project hope opening the data to the world will encourage people to use the collection of musical knowledge as well as improve and expand upon it, improving cross-cultural knowledge in the process.
