Pregnant women who have a COVID-19 vaccine are no more likely to miscarry than unvaccinated pregnant women, according to a US study. Researchers looked at just over 100,000 pregnancies, including about 13,000 miscarriages and 92,000 pregnancies that were ongoing by the end of the study, and whether the participant had received a COVID-19 vaccine in the month prior. The researchers say they found no association between COVID-19 vaccinations and miscarriages within the cohort.
