Climate change is breaking our hearts

International researchers say that climate change-related environmental changes are linked with more people dying from heart disease. They reviewed 492 other studies and say that extreme temperatures and hurricanes are associated with more people ending up in hospital or dying from heart disease, and older adults, people from racial and ethnic minorities, and lower-wealth groups were disproportionately affected.
