Can't fit exercise in your daily routine? Being a weekend warrior may be enough

Publicly released:

It may not matter if you are a 'weekend warrior' or if you exercise more regularly, as long as you exercise, according to US data.  The study found that people who exercise either as 'weekend warriors' or more regularly throughout the week, both had lower rates of death over 10 years compared to people who were inactive. People who exercised only on the weekends had similar rates of death to people who were more regularly active as long as they did the same amount of moderate to vigorous physical activity overall.
