Banning the sale of flavoured vapes may help reduce teen vaping over time, according to a US study. The study found that vape use was lower among students attending school in places with a flavoured tobacco ban in effect, compared to those that never adopted a ban. The reduced use emerged 3-4 years after the ban came into effect. There was no similar reduction in cigarette use.
