Fruit juice and soda: killing you sweetly

We all know that sugary sodas are bad for our health, but US researchers looked at, and figured out that, fruit juice can be even more dangerous. The team said that each additional average glass of sugary drink consumed by people 45 years and older was associated with an 11 per cent increased risk of dying, where the same sized glass of fruit juice was associated with a 24 per cent higher risk.
