Paul has 30 years of multidisciplinary experience in criminology, medical physiology, psychology, public health, politics, economics and climate science. He has advised the highest levels of government, university, police, military and emergency services. His work at Monash has covered 200 nations and previous work with Harvard and Melbourne translated into 67 languages.
